PUT CAR IN REVERSE TO BACK OUT OF A PARKING SPOT. WHEN CLEAR, PUT IT INTO DRIVE TO EXIT THE LOT. CAR REVERSED. PUT IT INTO PARK, TURNED OFF IGNITION FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS, TURNED CAR BACK ON W/ FOOT ON THE BRAKE, WENT TO DRIVE AWAY W/ FOOT ON THE BRAKE, CAR WENT INTO REVERSE, BRAKES DIDN'T WORK, HIT FRONT PASSENGER SIDE OF PARKED CAR.
