Monte Carlo LS 3100 V6

After removing the intake, I found the camshaft was broken!!I have no idea what caused this to happen. Instead of fixing this engine, I installed a engine from an older car and changed the intake over to this engine. I have heard of several cars around here that have had the same problem.
