The contact owns a 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. While driving approximately 50 mph, the front driver side wheel turned inward and the vehicle veered to the left. The contact lost control of the vehicle, but managed not to crash. The failure occurred on four occasions. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.
