At winter time when driving on snowy roads or any other time when it is raining or the underbody of the car becomes wet (car wash underbody flush) my exhaust system suddenly sounds like it doesn't have a muffler. There are no holes in the muffler and I couldn't see any other holes anywhere else. It does not do this when it is dry outside. Any ideas?
