Seat belts would lock up in retractor on passenger's side. Have to release locking mechanism to retract belt back out again. Had it replaced twice at the dealer.

Vehicle was involved in a collision and the air bag did not go off, and the seat belt did not hold the driver in the seat. The driver was hurt, and the vehicle was hit in front. Owner said that the air bag should have gone off because the sensor was not working right.
