Consumer states the non-digital speedometer sticks intermittently, dealer has repaired speedometer 3 times, but it did not remedy the problem.. consumer states the speedometer fails by sticking at one speed, when this happens the correct speed is not known, consumer states this is now the 4th time and the problem still exists.
