Seat belt on passenger's side will not retract from retractor, leaving occupant without any restraint in a vehicle crash. Dealer notifed. Feel free to provide any further information.

Vehicle was previously rearended and the drivers side seatbelt did not protect consumer. As a result, consumer incurred injuries. Manufacturer assured consumer that the seatbelt had been fixed. However, vehicle was again rearended at a stop light, and the seatbelt did not retract. Consumer sustained injuries again.

When driving at any speed and applying the brakes, they work intermittently, and sometimes they won't work at all. Also, there is an oil leak/side mirror fell off/ seat latch fell off, and driver's side seat belt isn't working. Vehicle has been dealer has been aware of problem, and vehicle has been at dealer's for repairs. The brake failed while trying to avoid not hitting a dear and vehicle involved in the accident, two people injured.

Consumer was traveling 45-50mph when a deer appeared on the road, deer was hit. Vehicle went into an embankment on the right side towards trees. Entire front demolished. Neither air bag deployed. The seat belts did not restrain the driver. Driver sustained injuries to the face & body.
