My Chevy 2002 S10 pickup tailgate cables broke within 1 year and my air conditioner went out in June 2003....I'll never buy another Chevy!! the tailgate hit my foot and bruised it good.

Consumer has brought vehicle back to the dealership three times for a creaking noise heard in the front end. Also, consumer complained that when taking foot off throttle vehicle will not slow down for a period of time. When driving with the air conditioner on, vehicle will not slow down. Vehicle overruns the cruise control from 3 to 6 miles per hour..
