This is a known issue with these transfer cases with some aftermarket solutions. You either have to replace the transfer case, which means if you don't put the aftermarket solution in it will happen again or get a new case for the back and put the aftermarket solution in on your existing case. Both issues require you to remove your transfercase, which is a lot of work or expensive to have done.
