Consumer noticed intermittently the windshield wipers become inoperable obstructing the driver's view, a recall has been issued on similar makes and models, however this vehicle is not include due to the VIN#. dealer has been notified. Provide further information.

When starting vehicle, whether it's cold or hot, vehicle will make a loud noise that comes from engine. Noise gets worse when getting on the highway. Door windows were loose. Dealer states the engine noise is normal.
