This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Chevrolet dealer.
We had our wipers on high then turned them slower to delay but they didn't delay they kept going fast. Then I turn them off they just keep going fast. Then I turned the truck off and back on and the wipers kept going fast. I had to pull the fuse to get them to stop.

I couldn't go anywhere without the wipers staying on constantly, and it was a big pain in the dick to keep pulling the fuse. "Like a Rock" my ass.

I've heard of people having alot of problems latley with the 2003 silverado's. I wish they would do a recall so this problem can get fixed. My warranty ran out when this problem occured of course actually they started to act a little funny and then things were fine so i never gave it a second thought now i have this huge problem since the damn things won't shut off i think it has something to do with a sensor or something?? Now i have to pull the damn fuse when its not raining and of course if your driving and it starts raining you have to pull over to put the fuse in there to have wipers.

Can't find any electrical diagrams, only fuse panel info in owners manual. I'll be taking it in to be fixed, but hate to spend the money on something I could probably do myself. Other than this I love the truck! 3500 Crew cab dually.
