The passenger side door could not be unlocked from the outside because the door handle was covering the lock cylinder.

In extremely cold weather, -20 degrees or colder, the doors fail to unlock using the remote or the key. The dealer stated that GM does not care to address the situation. The dealer then took the front panels off and either applied grease or removed grease. The front doors now unlock but the back doors won't(crew cab).
