Silverado LS 1500 5.3L L V8 AUTO

interior leaks on the drivers side on the floor when it rains. i pull up the carpet so i can shop vac it. it smells bad its rusting out some nuts. i usually spend about 1-2 hours vacuumming up after it rains.
