This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Chevrolet dealer.
Brakes were like this when I bought truck new. I had the Tech. guy check it and he said they would get better and that they were all like this. They feel very spongie. Had them bled and nothing changed.

The brake pads are not covered under the extended warranty but the brake drum and all lubricated parts are. It seems to me the pads are also part of the brake system. The wheel bearings on the right front side are so bad the wheel is about to fall off. How can the wheel bearings go this bad with only 69,000 highway miles? It makes you afaid of the other side but the left side can't be changed on fear, unless I pay for it.

When braking, you have to put the petal thru the damn floor to stop and when you slam on the brakes the abs doesn't even kick in and the truck slowly stops. I have already switched to drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic brakes and it only helped out a little. I need to buy a damn TOYOTA...

What do you have to fix this problem. I have to stand on the brakes for the truck to stop. Dealer said there is nothing wrong. He is crazy, the truck does not want to stop.
