Silverado LT 6.0L

Rattle noise in rear axle area sounds like shock/shock bushing on driver side noted @ slow speed/ rough surface like speed bumps, it sounds like spare tire rattle but is not, sounds like exhaust hanger rattle, but is not. Anyone have any help for this problem?
