1. new style headlights on new Chevy and GMC pickups are fine at a distance, but are blinding as they approach closer from the rear. 2. newer vehicles equipped with "fog" lights are a problem. They are typically used all the time and frequently mis-aligned. They should be require to default to the "off" position when the engine is turned off. This would probably eliminate 95% of the usage and therefore, problems. 3. the new led tail lights, particularly on large trucks are too bright. While they may be effective, you cannot tell if the brakes are applied or not. 4. new high intensity discharge lights on police cars are a problem. I understand they have day/night brightness settings. Police do not use the night setting. When approaching one (or more) stopped vehicles at night, the lights are so bright that you cannot see the road beyond the police car, causing a dangerous situation.
