problem #1

Sep 102009

Silverado LT 5.3L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 19,884 miles

Body molding, or trim, mounted mid level on each door of the truck was coming loose on the drivers side door

reported the problem to the dealer and they replaced all four pieces...

several of these pieces came off on the drive home..... awesome.....

went back to the dealer and they were very understanding... they re-ordered the parts and fixed it again and threw in bed rail protectors as a 'oops, we're sorry' offering

was pleased with the outcome and service received... problem hasn't happened since
