Just have the use the key and make sure. All doors lock can hear them trying to lock but they are not

The driver and front passenger doors wont't lock or unlock. It's a pain to have to put
down the passenger window for somesome to get in. Then you have to make sure the doors
are lock when you stop somewhers. I think chevy should have a recall to fix the problem....
