problem #2

Silverado LT 6.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 9,000 miles

The brakes started to squeel and make noises going down the road like 2 pieces of metal rubbing together. Going through the drive through was so very embarrassing! My son didn't want to be seen in it. We took it back to the dealer and they replaced the brake pads again.

The truck was only a couple of months old. When you pushed the brakes, it sounded like you were dragging 2 pieces of metal together. You would think the truck had 300K the way it sounded. Definately embarrassing to drive down the road. We took it to the dealer. They replaced the brake pads. It fixed it for a short while.
