Silverado 1500 Work 4.3L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 69,000 miles

Bought my first "new" truck, 2014 Silverado, the truck rattled like crazy after a few thousand miles, radio started cutting out, a/c would stop working until I would turn the truck on and off again, the seat ripped randomly in one spot after 12-15k miles and I don't carry stuff in my pockets. Took it back several times they changed something to stop the rattling and did an update for the a/c, but the dash and radio still black out from time to time causing me to have to reset a few settings (no big deal). According to the mechanic manager guy the truck performed normal and I cut my seat with something in my pocket. The CEO/Manager of the dealer believes my truck to be a lemon so he had his guy appraise it, but after he never called me back I got frustrated with the whole deal and decided to drive it, I mean it was comfortable and I like the way it rides and looks. WELLL at 69,000 miles the dealer calls about a recall several zillion times until I finally took it in, only to have the truck given back with a quart of oil on the key and steering wheel, extra bolts laying around and a uncomfortable crooked seat. The same freaking guy that said I cut my seat over a year ago said the seat was bent and they would not cover it. Oh no he didn't ! I called the CEO and reminded him of my situation over a year ago and he is supposed to be checking on replacing the truck again and I told mechanic manager guy to fix my seat and explained to him about his crap a year ago and the same crap now. It's in the shop now because they found a bulletin saying the seat may be crooked after the recall work..really? It don't look good for the home team.
