The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated while driving approximately 10 MPH and turning left or right, the vehicle lost power steering functionality. The contact stated that the steering wheel was difficult to turn. Additionally, the contact stated that the instrument panel lights were flickering, and the radio and A/C was inoperable. The contact stated that a warning "stall track" light was illuminated. The contact stated that the failure was intermittent but had become a recurring failure. The contact had the vehicle towed to an independent mechanic who was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure.
