Good customer service is a thing of the past! I really don't want to be ugly. I just want my vehicle repaired. When you pay $25,000++ for something you have a right to vent when you take it back three or four times in less than six (6) months. The sad thing is that they keep saying it is repaired, but when you leave it does the same thing. Why can't the dealership just tell the truth and say we know there is a problem and GM knows there is a problem but we don't have a solution. The truth is too much to ask of anyone. Once they have your money you are a thing of the past and they don't care....that is so sad.
I know GM is having a lot of problems and I have seen them testifying before Congress because of all the problems they are having with their vehicles. I am sorry for their problems but I can't turn the other cheek and say forget it. If they cannot fix the shaking in my vehicle give me another one with no questions asked. They have said they would give me another 2014 but I would have to pay $5,000 and if they gave me a 2015 I would have to pay $10,000. Now, I ask you. Is that right? No it is not!!
Sorry if they loose money but that is when you need to look at the product that you are selling. Someone needs to go back to the drawing board and re-evaluate the product that you are making. Why should a customer be penalized and charged more for a defective product that is made by GM. I want my car fixed or either I want a new vehicle to my satisfaction without having to pay another dime!!! I don't think I am being unreasonable. Thank you!
