The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. While driving at any speed, the power lock on the front passenger door did not lock automatically. There was no warning indicator illuminated. The contact called serra Chevrolet at 330-644-7500 (located at 3281 S arlington rd, akron, oh 44312) and was informed that there was no recall. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 41,000.
