Seat design is so stiff you can only drive for 30 minutes without stopping for a rest. Headrest is so far forward it forces your head down making looking at road ahead difficult. Dealer said they understood about problem and haven't heard anything more. Seat is so bad I am considering selling truck and getting anything else.
