Silverado 1500

The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 equipped with Continental crosscontact LX20 tires, size: P275/55R20 111S. The contact stated that all four tires were separating from the tread in chunks of rubber. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The contact was referred to a local tire representative who declined to replaced the tires unless the contact paid for them and process the reimbursement through the manufacturer of the tires. The tires were not replaced. The approximate tire and vehicle failure mileage was 33,000.
