Silverado 1500

The contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. While the contact was pulling out of the driveway and making a right turn, a clicking sound occurred coming from the steering wheel. Also, the instrument panel illuminated and "service power steering system, drive carefully" appeared. The vehicle was taken to Chevrolet of wesley chapel (26922 wesley chapel blvd, wesley chapel, fl 33544, (813) 437-4344) where it was diagnosed that the entire rack and pinion needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 38,900.
