Silverado 1500

The contact owns a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated that while driving at 45 mph, the passenger's side rear window shattered without warning. The contact drove home and immediately called bosak Chevrolet, Buick, GMC (9911 w 300 N, Michigan city, in 46360) but was offered no assistance. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and days later the contact was informed that there would be no assistance since the vehicle was being repaired through the insurance company. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 7,500.
