Silverado 1500

The contact owns a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. While driving 40 mph, the contact depressed the brake pedal, but the vehicle did not respond. There was no warning indicator illuminated. The contact released the brake pedal and allowed the vehicle to veer to the shoulder of the road and come to a complete stop. The vehicle was towed by roadside assistance to larry green auto group (350 S broadway, blythe, ca 92225, (760) 922-7121) where it was diagnosed that the master cylinder needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired because the part was not available. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and provided case number: 9-5448388090. The failure mileage was approximately 8,000. The VIN was unknown.
