Silverado 1500

The contact owns a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated that moisture was leaking into the vehicle from the rear passenger-??s side window. The vehicle was initially taken to a dealer where the window was resealed; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where it was discovered that there was crack in the rear passenger side window frame. The window frame was replaced but the failure persisted. The contact stated that mold might form inside the vehicle due to the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.
