Consumer fraud as defined by Arizona law is any deception, false statement, false pretense ,false promise or misrepresentation made by a seller or advertiser of merchandise. IN ADDITION, SUPPRESSION OR FAILURE TO DISCLOSE A MATERIAL FACT MAY BE CONSUMER FRAUD IF IT IS DONE WITH THE INTENT THAT OTHERS RELY ON SUCH CONCEALMENT, SUPPRESSION OR NONDISCLOSURE. With that said, how can O'Reilly Chevrolet dealer in Tucson, Az. get away with not telling me, about the defects on the 2020 Silverado. And then on returning the 2020 Silverado normal operation owner to return if issue gets worse and the SERV. ADV. STATED the Vehicles computer had to get use to me?

Put 1200 miles on the Silverado if problem still there or gets worse, return the Vehicle for service. On returning for the 3rd time, was given the same answer. Can not duplicate any Issues. The Serv. ADV. gives me Document ID: 4605342 #16-NA-361: Information on Transmission Harsh 1-2 Shift upon first start up/Shift of the day under light throttle - Condition, some customers may comment that the transmission exhibits a harsh 1-2 shift on the first shift of the day, typically under light throttle. Cause of this condition is due to the initial clutch fill time of the 2-3-4-6-8 (C4) clutch.

Correction : Important replacing transmission components or complete assemblies will not improve the condition. The first 1-2 shift of the day may be harsh. The customers' vehicle should be compared to a like vehicle under the same driving conditions. DO NOT replace any parts for this condition. Note: This condition will not impact the designed performance or reliability of the vehicle.
