I bought a new 2020 Chevrolet Silverado in August of 2020. I drove it for about 3,500 miles when it started making a rattling noise in the driver side front wheel. The dealership replaced a shaft, a seal, a ring, and slinger. These parts quietened the noise for a while but started soon after the attempted repair. Took it back a couple more times for the same noises. The dealership told me there was NO FIX for the problem, so I contacted GM a couple of times so they finally call me back to inform me that there is NO FIX, but they are working on it.
After some research, they have been having this problem since 2019 in different model vehicles. But they are working on it! So what the H--- did I pay forty some thousand dollars for... a defective vehicle that they can't fix. UNACCEPTABLE!!! It probably could be fixed with a new transfer case, but i guess they are not aware of this. It COSTS TOO MUCH, but less than 40,000 dollars I bet. Anyone else having luck getting their vehicle fixed?
