: the contact stated that while turning the key to the accessory position, the vehicle was able to be taken out of park without applying the foot brake. The manufacturer was consulted, who determined the vehicle was purposely designed in that manner. The contact expressed that while the ignition was in accessory position a child was able to take the vehicle out of park without applying the foot brake. As a consequence, the vehicle rolled down the driveway and across the street.
