Silverado 1500 Hybrid

The contact owns a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. While the contact was driving approximately 55 mph in rainy weather conditions, the vehicle hydroplaned and then crashed into a cement wall on a bridge. The front passenger seat belt would not engage properly and caused the occupant to move forward with force. The air bag deployment resulted to no personal injury. A police report was filed of the incident. The vehicle was towed to an auto collision center. The failure mileage was approximately 58,000. The VIN was unavailable.
