Silverado 1500 Hybrid

The contact owned a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. When a short person uses the head-rest it causes that person's head to bend too far forward. This condition can cause injury due to separation of the neck and the spine. She turned the head-rest around to prevent injury. She took the vehicle to a dealership, but no assistance was provided. She called the manufacturer and received the same response. The current mileage was approximately 1,400. The failure mileage was approximately 250.
