Consumer complained about a manual transmission which stuck in gear. Consumer contacted the dealer who repaired the transmission once before, and currently the transmission was defective again.......consumer had problems in shifting gears. It wa simpossible to put trtansmission in neutral

While parked on a semi slope vehicle is in 1st gear. Key out of the ignition, and the emergency parking brake activated, but vehicle rolled away unexpectedly which may have caused an injury. Dealer cannot determine the cause. Possibly clutch is not a proper size for the vehicle.
