While driving on highway heard a loud noise. Consumer looked out of the window and saw spare tire rolling towards him at 50 mph. There were no injuries.spare tire located under truck. It was caused by tire holder cable breaking, due to poor quality and design, tire rolled into ditch ans stopped.
