The contact owns a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 hd. The contact stated that the heated seats would independently engage and become abnormally hot. The contact stated that the heat seats could not be controlled. The contact was not burned by the seats. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer however, the dealer could not determine the problem. The failure mileage was 60,000.
