While driving approximately 40 mph on normal road conditions, the contact heard a loud whistling noise coming from the instrument panel on the passenger side. There were no warning indicators illuminated on the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for inspection, but they were unable to determine the cause of the failure. It was suggested that the failure could possibly have been related to the heater core gasket. On five separate occasions, the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for identical failures, but there were no resolutions. The vehicle has not been repaired.
