The contact stated that the Service Stabili-trak message was displayed on the instrument panel. The contact diagnosed the vehicle and determined that the traction control module was defective. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 170,000.
