I have 2015 Chevy 2500 and the last weekend I was backing up in dad's driveway when all of a sudden I started smelling smoke inside of truck. I got out and the rear window was on fire. I quickly turned the truck off and got the fire out and then the glass shattered. I called my insurance company to get a replacement and called GM and they are not going to do anything about it. Canada has a recall on this as the circuit board for the rear defroster sends too much to the defroster even though the rear defroster is off. I am just happy my two little girls were not in the back seat when that shattered.
