The NHTSA is the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints can be spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem. See the Back button — blue bar at the very top of the page — to explore more.
Very poor headlights when driving at night can easy over drive headlights when driving in rural areas were there are no street lights above start to loose good vision at 50 to 75 feet in front of truck this is very bad headlights these should have never been aloud to be put on the road somebody going to hurt with these lights and nobody is doing nothing about it I only hope that GM steps up or fed step up and make GM make this right before people get hurt.far to often people half pay the price before things are done about addressing the problem.they fixed the headlights on the 1500 trucks so they know they have the problem on 2500 and 3500 trucks. Thank your number one taxpayer

The low beam headlights are dangerously narrow and dim. In rural areas where there is little ambient light it is impossible to see deer in the ditches, and curves in the road are worse because the narrow beam doesn't project to the side at all. The dealer checked the headlight adjustment but not the lumen output of the low beam. GM was no help at all. The way it is now is not safe and an increase chance of auto and animal accidents.

The headlights, both high and low beams are very poor for a 2016 vehicle. The light they project onto the roadway will washout in a wet or dark road and in my opinion not acceptable for a new vehicle.
