This manual seat does not have an adjustment for up and down. Short people can not adjust to see over the hood when driving. Their solution is to sit on a cushion. This makes the seatbelt fit wrong and you slide around on the seat. This is a safety hazard with no solution. The -??kits-?? you buy then make the seat a risk to disconnect from the truck.
