The contact stated that the failure was intermittent. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who replaced the fuel module and fuel tank. The failure eventually reoccurred, and the fuel rail sensor was replaced; however, the failure recurred intermittently. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 135,000.
