Gas pedal sticks every time you start the truck, which makes you lunge forward or backwards every time you drive. I have read numerous complaints on this situation & I think it should be recalled. A recall was issued for this problem on 2000 models, however, my truck is a 1999. I doubt this was a coincidence since I had the exact same failure. This part is virtually impossible to abuse under any driving condition. I feel this part is inherently defective and GM should shoulder the $1,000 repair bill.
