When accelerating, consumer states gas pedal has to be press about 3 quarters of an inch before vehicle will move. This sometimes causes vehicle and to stall and the possibility of being rear ended.

Vehicle would not deaccelerate when foot has released accelerator pedal. Vehicle been to dealer, and dealer could not locate cause of problem. Feel free to provide any further information.
