1. noticed transmission slipping over the last few months 2. a few weeks ago, the tail light, right turn signal and cruise control and dash lights started malfunctioning 3. recently, the paint around rear passenger door and roof is peeling.

Cruise control surges going down hill (accel, decel, accel, decel) appears that computer "gain" and "deadband" are incorrect. Dealer says that GM currently does not have a solution to this problem.
