The contact owns 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. The contact stated that while driving 55 mph, the vehicle failed to accelerate past 50 mph and the exhaust fluid quality poor warning indicator illuminated continuously. The failure recurred on a daily basis. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the technician diagnosed that the diesel exhaust fluid tank was faulty. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unavailable.
