Sonic LT 1.8L

It was 2016 December in Manitoba, Canada. The temperature was -30 degrees C outside. The heat would not work in the Sonic. It was very very cold inside the car. The dealership said the cable slipped off the wheel that controls the damper. It would be a week to get the cable. They replaced the cable for $350 CDN and told me to not adjust the temperature when it is cold outside... this means they suggest I do not use the temperature control for 6 months of the year. Really?

Second occurrence...I used the temperature control in 2017 May. Turning the dial did not adjust the temperature again. Same issue. This time they just reconnected the cable. No charge.
