Sonic LT 1.4L

When shifting from 1-2-3 in city traffic, the transmission seems to slip and not grab a gear. the Tach raves to 2-2500 RPM while the car tries to get in gear.

It is slipping while trying to move.

then it grabs and lurches forward while attempting to move.
