crack in transmission near bolt

So I have the car in for a transmission issue which ends up being the air intake duct cracked and needing replacement. $442.89 to fix this. 2 weeks later, the transmission is leaking. Coincidence? I think not. The dealer tells me I hit something, like a large piece of concrete that scratched the whole bottom of my car. Unless I did it while sleep driving, this did not happen. The trans is cracked, and will not be covered because I "hit something". $5700.00 more dollars. So now I have a car that sits because I cannot afford to fix what I did not do. NOT HAPPY!!!
